Hello,  I am Kelsey Ilowite, a dedicated Pastry Chef living in the Hudson Valley. I had a growing passion for baking at a young age, and have continued to learn more about this art through the years. I have an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The Culinary Institute of America as well. I am excited to apply what I have learned to the hospitality field and continue to grow with each new experience.
